All payments made for our travel planning services are for digital, customized work and are therefore non-refundable once the planning process has begun.

If you request a cancellation before any work has started, you may be eligible for a full refund.

Due to the personalized nature of our services, we do not offer returns or refunds after your itinerary has been delivered. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will make reasonable revisions to your trip plan if requested within 3 days of delivery.
